With how long the Journal of the Zombie Years fictional story by MotherHeninFlorida is (over 300 days!), we’ve had to break up the days in one week (7 day) sections.

For those who may also be fans, here’s the list of the food mentioned:
Day One
- Breakfast: 7Up banana bread, rationed glasses of orange juice, various beverages (coffee, tea). Milk was saved for later use.
- Lunch: Sandwiches made from a loaf of bread and variety pack of sandwich meats, leftover chips. Kids had small glasses of milk.

- Beverages: Water and a pitcher of Kool-Aid or other drink mix for convenience.
Day Two
- Breakfast: Apple Cheddar Scones (using golden delicious apples and shredded cheddar cheese). Kids received a small glass of milk each.

- Dinner: Pork Roast with 7Up Gravy, baked lentils with bacon, canned vegetables, tea. Dessert was a Too Cool Twinkie dessert (Twinkies were previously stocked for their long shelf life).

- Dinner: BBQ Beef Brisket (straight from the crockpot to minimize cleanup) with egg noodles and corn on the cob.
